Dr Pradeep Srivastava is a faculty in the Department of Earth Sciences, Indian Institute of technology-Roorkee, INDIA. Dr Srivastava is trained fluvial sedimentologist, geomorphologist and luminescence dating person. He applies his knowledge to understand evolution of thrust and fold belts and riverine responses to climate change across Quaternary time scales. He has 25 years of working and publishing experience in Himalaya, Ganga Foreland, Namib deserts and SE America.
